Blue Goose Oktoberfest

On October 28th 2009 the Pond hosted an Oktoberfest Night at the Bier Markt on King Street west. The evening festivities for 85 Ganders and guests included a sampling of several fine imported German beers and a mouth watering array of delicacies including Schnitzel and a roasted suckling pig. PMLGG Fitch dazzled the group with his knowledge of the German language and stories of his youth under the care of a strict German nanny. Ya Vol Mien Nanny! The SOF JP Strasler performed a fine rendition of “ Ein Prozac- Ein Prozac und Gemütlichkeit”. Thank to all who came out to make this a great and hopefully annual event.
