The 2010 Annual General Meeting

The 2010 Annual General Meeting took place on May 19th at Biagio Ristorante with some 50 Ganders in attendance. Committee reports were given along with the financial report which indicated the Pond had yet another successful year under the direction of MLG Mike Alwyn. Over $17,000 was raised in 2009-10 for a number of worthy charities. The election of officers was held with PMLGG Jack Fitch presiding over the proceedings. The 2010-11 officers are MLG JP Strasler, SOF Jamie Dunn, GOP Laurel DiMaso, KGGE Chris Giffin, WGQ Max Brugger and COG Laurie Walker. Our new Social Directors are Dr. Sheldon Levy and Anna Tsaggarelis. Our previous Social Director Laurel DiMaso was thanked on her absolutely outstanding service to Ontario Pond. Our new MLG addressed the Pond on his vision for the coming year. PMLG Todd Stewart was presented with his MLG plaque for the 2006-07 year. A 10 year service pin was presented to Natalie Walker. The delegates for the 2010 Grand Nest Convention in Philadelphia were confirmed as MLG JP Strasler and COG Laurel DiMaso.
